CRONIC MEDIA – REFUND POLICY

​

  1. Deposits & Upfront Payments All deposits (typically 50% of total project cost) and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun or ad space/event sponsorship has been reserved.

  2. Print Advertising & Magazine Ads

    • Once artwork is approved or the print deadline passes → no refund.

    • If Client cancels before artwork is started and before the issue’s material deadline → 50% of the remaining balance (after deposit) may be credited toward future advertising. No cash refund.

  3. Digital Campaigns, Design Work, Video Production

    • Cancelled before any creative work begins → deposit refunded minus a $250 admin/kill fee.

    • Cancelled after creative work begins → Client owes 100% of the total contract amount.

  4. Event Sponsorships & Experiences All sponsorship packages, concert sponsorships, and event activations are 100% non-refundable once the contract is signed.

  5. Exceptions Refunds or credits outside these terms are granted only at the sole discretion of Cronic Media management and are exceedingly rare.

  1. Information We Collect

    • Name, email, phone, mailing address, and payment details when you advertise, sponsor, subscribe, or buy from us.

    • Website analytics (IP, browser, pages visited) via cookies and Google Analytics (all anonymized).

    • Anything you voluntarily submit (photos, testimonials, etc.).

  2. How We Use It

    • To fulfill your order, send proofs, deliver magazines, run your ads, and invoice you.

    • To send occasional fire content (newsletters, new issue drops, exclusive offers) – you can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

    • To improve the site and fight fraud.

  3. We Do NOT

    • Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

    • Spam you. If it’s not Cronic-related heat, it doesn’t leave our circle.

  4. Security Your data is locked down with industry-standard encryption and secure servers. Credit card info is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways—we never see or store full card numbers.

  5. Your Rights

    • Access, correct, or delete your info → hit us at contact@cronicmedia.com.

    • Opt out of emails → “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every blast.

  6. Changes If we update this policy, we’ll post it here and notify active clients.
